This section explains; the information we gather, why we collect them and what we use the information for; what information we send to you; how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and the procedures we have in place to safeguard your privacy.

The information we collect and how we use it
When you buy from our site, we need to know your name and email address, street address, telephone number, and your debit/credit card details. This information allows us to process your registration, open an account for you, facilitate the purchase procedure and to increase the speed with which transactions are conducted.

We will not provide any information about you to third parties. However we would like to send you the occasional email informing you of our special offers. If you do not wish to receive any promotional material please click here to send an email to unsubscribe@happywrappers.co.uk.

Website Security
This web site uses a secure server with encryption for transmission of all sensitive data between your computer and the web server. When the data leaves the web server to be processed, it is sent via a secure point-to-point connection and is stored behind a fire wall. We utilize SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for transmitting documents via the Internet. SSL encrypts data that is transferred over the SSL connection to protect confidential user information, such as credit card numbers. Please note that E-mail is not encrypted so we urge you not to transmit your credit card information in this format.
Orders and Deliveries
Happy Wrappers aim to keep delivery charges to a minimum. Our current delivery charges are as follows:
Within NI Express Delivery £2.99
Rep. of Ireland Standard Delivery £3.99, Express Delivery £7.99
Mainland GB Standard Delivery £3.99, Express Delivery £7.99
For deliveries outside these areas please contact us for a quote.
All orders except those for more than 20 personalised chocolate bars are dispatched to our appointed carriers within 24 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday excluding bank and national holidays).  Dispatch of these chocolate orders is 3 - 5 days. Standard Delivery to Mainland GB or Republic of Ireland is made via Royal Mail and takes 3 - 5 days, Express Delivery is made via courier within 24 hours.  All Deliveries within Northern Ireland are dispatched as Express Delivery.
Delivery costs can be avoided by choosing the 'collect at shop option' which can be chosen instead of standard delivery.  Orders can be collected 24 hours after order at the 'Happy Wrappers Gift Shop' 124 Aughnagar Road, Galbally, Dungannon, N Ireland during shop opening hours as follows
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10.00 am to 2.30 pm
Wednesday: 10.00 am to 2.30 pm
Thursday: 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
Friday: 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
Saturday: 10.00 am to 5.00 pm

If any orders made are not delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the customer, or if the recipient specified by the customer refuses to accept the parcel, Happy Wrappers reserves the right to make a minimum charge of 50% of the original order for re-directing or re-sending the order. If the customer should cancel the order after dispatch Happy Wrappers reserves the right to refund up to 50% of the original order value.
Our Guarantee
We take great pride in making sure each and every gift arrives in beautiful condition, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Every gift arrangement we despatch is warranted to have the look and value represented on our site. If you or your gift recipients are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product or if it was damaged in transit, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a partial credit or full refund. If a full refund is demanded, we may at our discretion, ask that the item be returned.

If a gift is to be shipped to a HOSPITAL, HOTEL, COLLEGE, or any similar locations, where delivery is attempted to the street address provided by the sender, on the date specified, there is no guarantee that the package will be delivered to the intended recipient or company. We assume no liability for product that is lost within the delivery building, fails to be delivered by the employees or arrives after the recipient has vacated the premises. We do not offer any guarantee under these circumstances.
Cancellations & Claims
If the need arises for the customer, to cancel an order, for any reason, before despatch; the customer agrees to repay any loss incurred by Happy Wrappers. If the customer cancels the order after despatch Happy Wrappers reserves the right to refund up to 50% of the original order value. If the order is not delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the customer, or if the recipient specified by the customer refuses to accept the parcel, Happy Wrappers reserves the right to make a charge of a minimum of 50% of the original order for re-directing or re-sending the order.

In case of a complaint, we will do the following;
  • 1. All complaints will be handled confidentially and dealt with in a fair way
  • 2. We will respond within a maximum of 5 working days, although usually within a few hours.
  • 3. Keep the customer informed about the progress of the complaint.

We monitor complaints and their resolution to make sure that our customers get the best service from happywrappers.co.uk Notification of damages or non-delivery must be made in writing to the vendor within 21 days of the due delivery date
Terms & Conditions
We fully conform to the EUROPEAN COMMISSION DISTANCE SELLING DIRECTIVE, put in place to protect online shoppers and which also provides a platform on which businesses can compete. Under this directive, we must provide

    All items on offer are clearly priced. All prices include VAT where applicable.

    We aim to deliver your hamper within 48 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays. Delivery charges are as follows; Within N.I. £1.99 Rep of Ireland £ 3.49 Mainland GB £3.99
  • 4. A written confirmation of the above
    After an order has been placed an email will be sent to you. This email will contain all the above information
  • 5. Written details of how to cancel the contract
    Uou can cancel an order by telephoning or emailing us at

  • 6. An address for consumer complaints

  • 7.Details of after-sales service and guarantee
    If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • 8. A cooling-off-period
    To give you the right to cancel the contract within seven working days of receipt of goods. If we fail to include all the above information, the cancellation period is extended to three months.

The above terms and conditions will apply on entering www.happywrappers.co.uk and apply to orders placed. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
Payment Conditions
You can pay for your order using the following Credit or Debit cards: American Express, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Solo.

Title to goods supplied will remain with Happy Wrappers until all sums due by the purchaser are paid in full.

Service and Products
Many of our hampers are available throughout the year; day to day availability can be checked on www.happywrappers.co.uk or by contact with Happy Wrappers.

Alcohol is only available for sale to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order for a hamper containing alcohol the purchaser shall be deemed to have confirmed that they are at least 18 years old.

Although descriptions and photography are intended to be correct, Happy Wrappers reserves the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if, for any reason, those stated are unavailable. Wine boxes, bottles, glasses, plates and other props shown in photographs may not be included in a hamper unless specifically listed.
